It is not created or verified by MapAlerts, and may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate or based on a false report. Treat it as an early signal alongside your existing sources, not as confirmation that an incident is real or as described. MapAlerts is not a safety, emergency or dispatch system.

A festival weekend,
with the surprises removed.

You're running a three-day music festival on a regional site. Forty thousand people, two access roads, a shuttle loop, and a fire season that doesn't care about your run sheet. Here's what MapAlerts does for you.

Before gates open, you draw a coverage area over the site, the campgrounds, both highway approaches and the shuttle route back into town. That boundary is what we watch — we only send you what falls inside it. Then we push the incidents we detect there to your operations chat group, usually within moments of publication.

  • Road closures on the approach. A truck rolls on the highway an hour before gates. Your traffic team reroutes inbound patrons and updates the shuttle loop before the queue ever forms.
  • Grass and scrub fires nearby. A fire is reported eight kilometres upwind. You have the information early — time to brief your team and raise it with your safety officer, alongside your other sources, rather than first hearing about it from smoke on the horizon.

Are you generating the incident data yourselves?
No. We don't create or verify any of it. We monitor publicly accessible traffic and incident sources, including user-reported data, and deliver what we find into your chat group faster than refreshing it manually. We're the pipe. The information is unverified and may be incomplete, delayed or based on a false report — see our Terms of Service for more details.
How fast do alerts actually arrive?
Usually within moments of an incident being published. Speed is what the whole product is built around, though delivery depends on how quickly the underlying sources publish and on network conditions.
